This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("user," "you," or "your") and Wizzy Team ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Wizzy application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not accept all provisions of this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service.
1.1 This Agreement constitutes a binding legal obligation between you and Wizzy Team. Your use of the Service confirms your irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety, including any amendments or updates made by us in accordance with Section 7 below.
1.2 It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. We may revise this Agreement at our sole discretion, and such revisions shall be effective upon posting within the Service or via other reasonable means of notification. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your express acceptance of the revised terms.
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
· To use the Service, you must be at least seventeen (17) years of age. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Use of the Service by minors under the age of 17 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2.2 Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (including, without limitation, usernames and passwords).
· You are solely and fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including any unauthorized use. Wizzy Team shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information or from unauthorized access to your account.
3.1 Lawful and Intended Use
· The Service is provided for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
· Without limitation, you shall not, directly or indirectly:
· Engage in any activity that violates or encourages the violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or data protection laws.
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
· Tamper with, disrupt, or impair the proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
· Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4.1 Data Handling Practices
· Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.
4.2 Security Measures
· We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
5.1 Proprietary Rights in the Service
· All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, and content, are the exclusive property of Wizzy Team or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely in accordance with this Agreement. No rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except as expressly set forth herein.
5.2 User-Generated Content
· By submitting, uploading, or transmitting any content ("user content") through the Service, you grant Wizzy Team a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such user content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your user content does not violate any third-party rights.
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
· The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
· To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wizzy Team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, or EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, including but not limited to DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7.1 Amendments to this Agreement
· We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Service or communicated to you via email or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7.2 Termination of Service
· We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service (in whole or in part) if you violate any provision of this Agreement or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to retain or delete your user content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
8.1 Governing Law
· This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wizzy Team is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
· Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of such negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.

By using the Service, you affirm that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
